Fun fact, when a gas station goes out of business, the big tank is still down there, and it's contaminated as fuck! Like a septic tank but way, WAY worse and way, WAY, WAY more expensive to remove! I know this because the shitty town I grew up near had this exact problem and the city government just kept shrugging and going "Well, it might be contaminating the ground water. But, it also might not, so. Eh."
